I think it would have been better had he not played but i think it's his own decision and there is nothing wrong in it. we should separate politics from sports plus he has said he will represent Pakistan where ever he go.

we do not have very good relations with Afghanistan so this decision is stupid as usual by Afridi. This is not the first time he has said or did something stupid. he is a decent player (not very top notch) but he should learn to avoid controversies.

I am also not in favour of playing in Afghanistan. Pakistan should come first.

Afridi may not have very good record but I think he has performed well when Pakistan needed him. He is especially good in breaking partnership due to his variable spin bowling....sometimes slow....sometimes fast.
Having said that, I have no problem him going to Afghanistan as long as he keeps Pakistan's name on top.

this is not the first nor last time afiridi has shown stupidity. he only cares about himself as his ego is larger than anything else.
his cricket skills are pretty average and he is only famous due to pretty face. or may be a few odd innings that he played for Pakistan and winning. but my money is on his pretty face.
